Filetear el caz\u00f3n a tacos. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Poner en un bol: el vinagre, el agua, tres dientes de ajo en camisa, un par de hojas de laurel rotas, el or\u00e9gano, el comino, las guindillas, el piment\u00f3n, colorante y el zumo de lim\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A\u00f1adir los tacos de caz\u00f3n y dejarlo en la nevera durante 8 horas m\u00ednimo para que marine, pero puede dejarse toda la noche o v\u00edspera hasta mediod\u00eda ya que con abundante agua no queda fuerte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Retirar el caz\u00f3n del marinado, secar con papel de cocina y rebozar bien con harina de garbanzo o normal; pasamos por el huevo batido y, finalmente, rebozamos con la patata Salieri (al punto de sal, premium, sabor pimienta o aperitivo) machacada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Retirar y quitar el exceso de aceite con papel secante. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Seleccionamos 2 patatas chips Salieri (seg\u00fan se prefiera si premium, a la sal, sabor pimienta o aperitivo) y colocamos entre ellas el caz\u00f3n en adobo rebozado con Salieri (explicado anteriormente). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
