Bolsa patatas Salieri: al punto de sal, Premium o sabor pimienta.<\/span><\/div>\n
Aceite de oliva virgen.<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> taza<\/span> Vino, agua o caldo (al gusto).<\/span><\/div>\n
Leche.<\/span><\/div>\n
Huevos de gallina o codorniz.<\/span><\/div>\n
Queso parmesano rallado.<\/span><\/div>\n
Albahaca fresca.<\/span><\/div>\n
Tomates Cherry.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En una sart\u00e9n ponemos las patatas fritas Salieri al punto de sal, premium o sabor pimienta y dejamos, a fuego medio, con vino, agua o caldo hasta que absorban el jugo y\/o se reblandezcan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, las sacamos en un bol y aplastamos con un tenedor hasta que quede todo homog\u00e9neo, estilo pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ahora troceamos y desmenuzamos la butifarra negra sobre la sart\u00e9n y fre\u00edmos con un poco de aceite. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Retiramos y a\u00f1adimos sobre la patata anterior. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Debemos mezclar todo, si queremos triturar un poco con algo de leche, seg\u00fan vayamos necesitando hasta que queden ambas cosas unidas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, colocamos sobre moldes de madalena de silicona, dejando en el centro un hueco, donde colocamos la yema de huevo (de gallina o codorniz), y tapamos con m\u00e1s pur\u00e9 de patata y butifarra negra. Recomendaci\u00f3n, poner un rato en el congelador para que el huevo no se cueza al ponerlo en el horno.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Metemos al horno 5 minutos y retirar de los moldes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Espolvorear, por encima, con parmesano rallado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
