Ou guatlla.<\/span><\/div>\n
ELABORACION, para el Steak Tartar:<\/div>\n
300<\/span> grs<\/span> Carn de vedella llom baix<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Escalunyes o porro<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Rovells d’ou<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> cuchara<\/span> Mostassa Dijon<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> cuchara<\/span> Mostassa granulada<\/span><\/div>\n
Suc de llima<\/span><\/div>\n
Tabasc<\/span><\/div>\n
Oli de bitxo<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Raig d’oli d’oliva<\/span><\/div>\n

ELABORACION, para el Steak Tartar:<\/div>\n

\n

Agafem el tros de llom baix de vedella i trossejar amb el ganivet a trossos ben petits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Posem la carn trossejada en un bol i anem afegint els ingredients en un bol amb gel i aigua (per\u00f2 vigilar amb el fred ja que en exc\u00e9s anul\u00b7la el gust de la carn).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

D’altra banda, separem el rovell de la clara, i afegim el rovell a l’bol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ara tirem mitja cullerada de mostassa i mitja m\u00e9s de mostassa en gra.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Afegim el suc de llima o llimona.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Posar una quantitat generosa d’oli d’oliva i una mica d’oli picant o tabasco, a l’gust.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Triem dues patates xips, senceres i grans, i col\u00b7loquem, amb ajuda d’una cullera sopera, l’steak t\u00e0rtar entre dues patates fregides Salieri (de el gust que preferim) a manera sandvitx.
