½<\/span> <\/span> got de vi blanc<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> got de brou o aigua<\/span><\/div>\n
Esp\u00e8cies o herbes: orenga, alf\u00e0brega, julivert, etc.<\/span><\/div>\n

Per elaborar la salsa de formatge, afegim a una paella la llet i se li afegeix el formatge fins que quedi tot dissolt i homogeni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Per separat, cuinarem la carn picada, a la qual podem amanir amb alguna esp\u00e8cie tipus orenga, alf\u00e0brega, julivert, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

D’altra banda, en una altra paella, posem el vi i la ceba a foc mig, si cal hi afegim una mica de brou o aigua fins que quedi gaireb\u00e9 cuita.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A continuaci\u00f3, afegim les patates fregides Casa Salieri a el punt de sal, premium o sabor fuet i deixem que s’estovin i absorbeixin el suc. Quan haguem aconseguit que les patates deixin d’estar cruixents, retirem i comencem a muntar la cassoulet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Agafem el nostre recipient, ja sigui cassoleta de fang o un altre, posem en el fons una capa de patata, seguit de salsa de formatge i la carn picada; tornem a posar de nou una altra capa de patata amb ceba i aix\u00ed successivament fins a cobrir la cassoleta o cassoulet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Podem cobrir l’\u00faltima capa de patata amb formatge ratllat o parmes\u00e0 i gratinar al forn durant 5-10 minuts (segons el fem en forn o en forn-microones).
